Our Chefs
At the core of our brand-new kitchen is a passion for exceptional Irish produce brought to life through live-fire cooking. Guided by Group Executive Chef Mark Ahessy and Head Chef Lukasz Maslowski—the culinary duo behind the Michelin-recognized food at Dublin’s The Old Spot—our menu elevates modern gastropub classics with rich, depth-of-flavour cooking.
From our Josper oven, wood-fired grill, and rotisserie to comforting, generous dishes crafted with contemporary flair, every meal is built to satisfy.
Opening Times
The restaurant will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with the much-loved and infamous Sunday Roast from The Old Spot making a weekly appearance.
Lunch Monday – Sunday 12pm – 3pm
Dinner Monday – Saturday 5pm – 9.30pm
Dinner Sunday 5pm – 8pm
Sunday Roast every week 12pm – 3pm

Looking for a casual drop-in? The Saddle is open for walk-ins, while The Lep Bar welcomes both walk-ins and reservations for birthday parties, Christmas celebrations, and special events.
